Develop a minimum 1,400-word to 1,600 maximum word count proposal in which you explain the importance of innovation in your selected division’s vision, mission, and values, and determine your business model for this new division.

- Describe how the division addresses customer needs and achieves competitive advantage.
- Create a vision and a business model for this new division that clearly demonstrates your decision on what you want your business to become in the future.
- Explain how the vision, mission, and value of the new division align with the company’s mission and vision.
- Summarize how the vision, mission, and values guide the division’s strategic direction.
- Define your guiding principles and values for your division in the context of culture, social responsibility, and ethics.
Cite a minimum of two peer-reviewed references.
Format your paper consistent with APA guidelines. Introductions, conclusions, and APA headings are required in all written assignments in this course. Papers must adhere to writing guidelines for 400-level papers. Cite any resource material used in completion of the paper. The introduction shall briefly, and clearly, convey the purpose of the paper. Ensure that the new product or service is clearly stated in the introduction. Papers found to be plagiarized will receive an automatic zero and an academic violation report will be filed. Make sure to use in-text citations and reference any and all resource material.

You can use USPS as the company but you need to come up with a new product.
What do expect on these papers? The introduction shall briefly, but clearly, convey the purpose of the paper. As each of you will be introducing a new product or service for your selected organization, make sure that this new product or service is well defined in the introduction. APA headings seems to confuse a lot of people. I am not too rigid in the different levels, but I want to see headings separating your major topics in all your papers. Take a look at the sample paper that I provided in this post to get an idea of what I expect on these papers as far as structure goes.. Another topic that seems to confuse a lot of students is inserting in-text citations within the body of the paper. Please take a look at what I mean by APA headings and how it is overall organized. In addition, while APA is strict about the use of first person, I do not mind if you use them in the individual papers, but team papers shall not use first person for any reason. One last note on the sample paper, do not copy the entire paper to use as your own. Your paper must be original. You can certainly use it as a model, but change the content as it will trigger a large similarity percentage return if you do not change the content.
