requirement from 1-5 with 5 being most important
3. Review the description of each proposed solution and then estimate the
extent to which it contributes to achieving each requirement. Again, use a
1-5 scale with 5 being the highest
4. Multiply the importance weight times the contribution weight to arrive
at a weighted rating. There is an Excel file on Canvas called Weighted
Requirements where you can capture all this information
5. Add up the weighted ratings for each solution. The one with the
largest number is the best solution
6. Write a memo to Kinko giving your recommendation and stating your
reasons why you selected that option
7. Upload the Excel file and the Word memo
