Attached are the files from the measurements from the lab+the lab document + extra matlab file from the professor with the description:
stringFFT-1.m You will have to manually add a time column to your data and save it as an Excel file. Then, use xlsread to input the data. You may delete some of the header information if you wish. I am working on a more automated version but, it is not a big burden because you only have to modify six files.
The following data give the beam length from the cantilever support to the center of the screw for each station. These dimensions are in inches and are the L for the moment and beam deflection equations. Please use these instead of the numbers we provided last week.
