I have data, I used three correlation measures to test dependence between genes. I used Times new Roman-12- APA style
I wrote my papers and I finished graphs. I have the results by using R program. I want to improve my writing to be advance and analyze the results between genes (graphs and tables).
The papers should include:
* Biological introduction (improve my writing )
*three methods :
– Introduce method( I almost done, just i want to improve it )
– give detail about simulation ( I almost done, just i want to improve it )
– ANALYZE THE RESULTS (graphs and tables)
*Then will do COMPARISON between each two methods to know which method is more robust( the graphs are ready)
*To prove the conclusion,we need to FILL tables that show the comparison ( I have the results of correlation and p-value for pair of gene)
*By the end of my report, it should have SUMMARY about the results and decide which methods did perfect test.
