Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to give students the opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and skills acquired in human resource evaluation through visual and oral means. The project will incorporate multiple parts in order to develop the final presentation. First was the situational analysis (partnership assignment), benchmarking and summarizing best practices (individual assignment), then the needs assessment (group assignment), your section of the final presentation, now the collaboration of your group to include sustainable recommendations. This final presentation should incorporate key elements synthesized from your individual and partnerships throughout the course into a clear narrative for our sponsor. The expectation is the talk will be between 12-20 minutes.
