After customers view DVDs and VHS tapes a certain number of times, their quality deteriorates to the point that Spotlight Video considers them defective. Furthermore, some customers own defective DVD and VHS players that can ruin Spotlight Video’s merchandise. So, Spotlight wishes to maintain a certain level of acceptability. Spotlight hired you to create a spreadsheet that will evaluate each DVD and VHS using the data in SpotlightVideo_Data.xlsx which shows the number of times each title was rented and the number of reported defects for each title.
