Please remember that there are a couple of steps to the discussion. The first step is your response, the next is responding to another student. This lets you see another student’s perspective, which is extremely helpful for considering angles to a topic/discussion that you may have missed.
You initial post is due by the end of the day on Thursday, but your response is due by the end of the day on Friday!
Part One: The American Dream
Consider this week’s lecture content on the American Dream. Briefly address the following questions: Do you think that the American Dream exists in a tangible way? Are the goals outlined by this concept achievable? Why or why not? Do you think your answers might change with the shifting cultural landscape of the United States?

The goal is to convey the same idea, with different wording. Please provide the citation information for the article, the source sentences, and your paraphrased version. Your paraphrase does not need to be as long as the selected portion of the article.
