Description:
This was a senior thesis study. Muscle activity in the upper and lower abdominals was studied. Activity was also compared with a subject performing a stomach crunch compared to using an ab rocket. Each subject came in and had their activity recorded for upper and lower abdominals while performing a stomach crunch and a crunch on the ab rocket.
