Students will research their assigned method of assessing body composition and create a presentation identifying how the method is completed. If the method is easily accessible, your group should conduct the measurements and use photos or video to demonstrate how body composition is measured and calculated for the remainder of the students. Ideally the method would be demonstrated by video if possible. Students will prepare a roughly 4-6 minute presentation describing the assessment, the intended audience, and how measurements are made. Include any other characteristics of the methodology. Students can present using multiple methods of technology to demonstrate how body composition can be used to help nutrition recommendations.
