Your assignment is to find an example (video) of an effective or ineffective spoken tactic. You will want to research someone that is well-known (celebrity, politician, athlete, influencer, actor, musician, etc.) who has stated something in a public forum (talk show, interview, concert, award program, debate, event, press conference, vlog, etc.) that was very effective or ineffective. You will need to type up and submit an explanation of the situation, individual, context/audience, why it was effective or ineffective, and how it could be improved in any way – if possible. Your paper should include the link to the video and be a few paragraphs to one page in length. A classic example, search YouTube for VMA Awards – Kanye West & Taylor Swift.
