- You MUST learn how to use the Easi.ly .com online application to complete this assignment.
- Please laminate the infographic, take a picture of it and submit as an attachment.
- The original will be given to the parent(s).
The purpose of the infographic is to introduce the person with a disability to other people in the community. The infographic will include a photo of the person, their interests, their particular strengths in any area (academics, hobbies, skills, recreational, and/or social strengths. You will also include any type of assistance needed to allow the person to be self-determined and independent. It is to be professionally designed, printed and laminated. A photo of the infographic must be submitted to blackboard online. Multiple copies can be made for the client but at least one must be laminated for the client. (DO NOT USE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE TYPE OF DISABILITY BY NAME). Refer only to the level of support (high, medium, low) needed to improve strengths and overcome challenges.
