    • The purpose for this project as a whole is to create a record of your experience while you work on changing a specific behavior (e.g., walk 20 min/daily, reduce social media from 15 hrs/wk to 4 hrs/wk, speak only positive comments at home and work about others, etc.) that would bring you closer to your personal values and or goals in life.
