Introduction to Psychology
For your first discussion, I would like you to take time to introduce yourself to your instructor and classmates. Tell us a little about who you are. Then, share your thoughts on what you think this class will be about. You can start this discussion by writing, “I believe psychology is the study of …….” I don’t expect you to be correct–this exercise is to get at your preconceived ideas of the field of psychology BEFORE you begin to learn about it. Basically, I am looking for evidence that you put time into expressing your thoughts and that you attempted to use good grammar, spelling, sentence structure, etc. Also, I expect you to write one original post and then comment on at least two of your classmates’ posts.
