- Pick one topic of the following – make sure you pick one that you are interested in:

·Food Additives
·Food Borne Illnesses
·Hunger in the United States
·World Hunger
·Safe Food Practices
·Food Labels
- Begin by reading up on your topic in your textbook, in other books, and online
- Now design a review sheet (in MS Word or pdf format) for your fellow classmates that includes:
·A one paragraph summary of the topic (five sentences) that includes the essential background knowledge for your fellow classmates to be able to follow along with the remainder of what you want to tell them.Choosing the essential background knowledge is an important process, and you will not be able to do that until you have thoroughly and carefully read through several resources.
·Five (5) key details about the topic that allow your fellow classmates to get a clear picture and understanding of the subject matter.
·Two (2) links to online videos about the topic.These videos should not be longer than 5 minutes each, and they should be the two that stuck out to you.
·Three (3) links to web sites you found most helpful while you were doing your research.
·A list of all the resources you have used presented in an acceptable format such as APA style or MLA style.
- Upload your final document to Canvas.Your file should be in MS Word or pdf format.
