This is a 6 page case study on Southwest Airlines.  This paper will discuss the how the values and culture of Southwest Airlines and how they put their people (employees) first, how they consider integrity, communication, and values of their company and how they relate to the Bible.

This case study will be written in APA format, TITLE PAGE IS NOT NEEDED, all works is to be cited in APA FORMAT WITH URL ATTACHED STATING RETRIEVED FROM.  There is to be absolutely no plagiarism at all.  This is for a Master’s Level Program. I have also attached instructions.

The book that I use can be found on scribd.com.  It is called Leading with Values Positivity, Virtue and High Performance by Edward Hess and Kim Cameron.  Chapters 1, 2 & 6 discuss values that should be related in this case study.  This paper will discuss the how the values and culture of Southwest Airlines and how they put their people (employees) first, how they consider integrity, communication, and values of their company and how they relate to the Bible.
