In your initial post, address the following:
- How will you implement your plan of action in the professional world?
- What barriers might you face with your proposed solution?
- Can you predict what ethical, moral, or legal issues may still be at play five years from now? Ten years from now? Might some issues potentially be eliminated?
- What management and/or leadership theories do you foresee being the most critical in addressing future ethical, moral, or legal issues in sport? Which theories are you most likely to use?
In responding to your classmates, share any ideas you may have for alternative implementation strategies, ones that your classmate perhaps did not fully consider.
