  • What consumer audience is ESPN targeting with the X Games?
  • What are some ways that ESPN positioned the X Games to appeal to its targeted consumer audience?
  • ESPN is best known for its television networks, which could be considered one product segment. The X Games could fit into another segment, events. Why do you think ESPN would want to focus on different segments instead of just one?
