Research Question to Research Implication

Reflect on how much you have learned about social work research and the scientific method. What impact will you make on clients in social work practice now that you understand how research can improve the lives of clients?

Recall the research question that you developed in Week 3.

• Use the articles from the Week 7 assignment to complete this assignment.
• Paper is to be written in APA 7th format, including references in APA 7th format.

Write a 3- to 4-page paper responding to the following:

• Describe your research question, and briefly explain why you decided on that question.
  • Include background information, including statistics, of why this is a problem that needs to be addressed.
• Provide a brief paraphrased summary of each article’s methods and results.
  • Identify the strengths and limitations of the methodology presented in the article.
  • Identify what the researchers recommend for further study.
• Explain why it is important to know the limitations of the studies before using them in practice.
• Explain how each of the 4 articles inform or relate to your research question.
• Explain how this research will inform your practice. Provide a specific example.
