you will measure and assess the effectiveness of your proposed treatment
program and how you will sustain the program over time. In a narrative at least 750 words in length,

sources for your program. Make sure to
identify sources you might use to initially start the program and those you
might use to keep the program going over time.

Predict where the money necessary to
run, implement, and continue this program will come from.

Describe how you would monitor the
progress of your program and whether it is effectively reaching its goals and
objectives.

Justify the data you would collect to
document the effectiveness of your treatment program.

Recommend how one might tweak and
change the program if monitoring reveals it is not effectively reaching its
goals.

In this portion of your paper, apply
the principles of leadership and management you have learned about in class to
assessing and monitoring your program.

For this portion of your paper make sure to
include APA style citations and a reference list with at least one scholarly
source.
