After reading chapter 10 you will take the information you learned and apply it beyond the text. The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission maintains a website with facts about employment discrimination as well as instruction on how to file a charge under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Equal Pay Act.

Step 2: Research the following website below and read about the EEOC’s recent initiatives for equal opportunity employment. EEOC Initiatives

Step 3: In a detail response answer the following questions:

  • Compare and contrast the information learned from the video and EEOC website. In what ways are these initiatives fighting discrimination in the workplace?”
  • Use evidence presented in both the video and the website to support your responses.
  • Step 4: Please respond to at least 2 other student with 5-7 sentence if you agree or disagree with their post and explain why.(I will send the students responses once they post)
