SMC Artistic Styles Borrowed from The Greek Roman and Etruscans Cultures Discussion

create an original work of art. This week you will create an original work of art that depicts your perspective of the common threads that you’ve observed between the Ancient Greece, Etruscan and Roman cultures.  

Part 1: Creation

You may use any of the following techniques to create your original work of art. This portion is worth up to 10 points.

Painting

Drawing

Mixed Media Collage (not a picture collage) 

Graphic Design (using programs such as Google Drawings or Canva)

Assemblage Art

Cermaics 

If you have another artistic form of interest, feel free to email me to discuss further. Once you have created your work of art, you will need to attach a picture. If you’re choosing the graphic option, upload your completed work directly. 

Part 2: Written Description 

Write at least a 200 word description describing your work of art and how it depicts the  common threads that you noticed from the three civilizations.
