In mobile computing, the development of smartphones and efficient computer generations have improved productivity in organizations (Bourgeois et al., 2019). There will also be an understanding of business trends and how the world is changing. Change is associated with globalization and the dot-com era. Global collaboration has also led to automation processes, and organizations have become competitive.
