Instructions: The purpose of this assignment if for you to have an opportunity to tour an event venue, make connections with industry professionals and interview an event/venue professional. You are required to physically tour an event venue. Some examples of appropriate event venues would be: convention center, concert hall/theater, sports arena, hotel conference center, banquet facility, etc. You can NOT select Eagle Bank Arena as your site. You should schedule an appointment with a staff person at the facility to assist you in learning more about the venue and the events that are held there. You will also be interviewing the staff person you meet with, in order to learn more about their background, and any current trends in the industry. You are required to answer all the questions below in your analysis. You should include at least 2 pictures of the venue with your paper. These can be pictures that you take while you are on your tour. They should NOT be pictures from the venue’s website. This paper should be double-spaced, using a 12-point or 11-point font with 1 inch margins.
