Watch the video about Theory X and Y. It also reviews Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.  Then discuss these two theories. How can we use these theories in human resource management

It is a very interesting video about theory X and Y. Manny businesses are consequently hiring for the lack of good leadership in the company. Remember future hospitality managers, we are treating people even thought animals deserve respect and tolerance. When people are treating with respect and good treatment, they feel more comfortable working in a good work environment. Having a good lidership in a company is fundamental because employees can change their work behaviors and manners. A good Leader, constantly are motivating, encouraging, inspiring and training their employees. Training their employees makes them to have responsibility and security employees to work for themselves. Also it can increase their creativity and enthusiasm. The difference between the theory X and Z is the discontinue pyramid actualization of the theory X. This theory have the result of safety and physiological but it needs to improve and continue to have belonging, esteem , self actualization that it has theory Y. Consequently, theory Y believes about people ( Arrange thing so individuals can achieve their own goals and apply accomplish the organization goals at the same time.
