Ask three co-workers, friends, or family members to take the following self-assessments:
- How Satisfied Am I with My Job?
- Am I Engaged?
- How Are You Feeling Right Now?
- What’s My Affect Intensity?
- What’s My Emotional Intelligence Score?
- Am I A Deliberate Decision Maker?
Provide the participants with a copy of University of Phoenix Material: How to Save the Self-Assessments Guide.
Ask the participants to return hard copies of the completed self-assessments to you.

Write a 350-700 word APA formatted paper that covers the following:
- Were there problems in giving the assessments? If so, what were they?
- How did your participants feel about taking the assessments?
- Share anything you learned that surprised you.
Format your paper using APA guidelines and provide at least one cited reference.
Do not include the detailed results – only your paper. Save the results for the assignments in weeks 2 and 3.
