Imagine you are a manager of three employees. You have decided to assess each individual’s character, personality, and job satisfaction to improve your ability to manage them.

Resources: Self-Assessment Library, University of Phoenix Material: How to Save the Self-Assessments Guide

Ask three co-workers, friends, or family members to take the following self-assessments:

Provide the participants with a copy of University of Phoenix Material: How to Save the Self-Assessments Guide.

Ask the participants to return hard copies of the completed self-assessments to you.

Write a 350-700 word APA formatted paper that covers the following:

  • Were there problems in giving the assessments?  If so, what were they?
  • How did your participants feel about taking the assessments?
  • Share anything you learned that surprised you.

Format your paper using APA guidelines and provide at least one cited reference.

 

Do not include the detailed results – only your paper.  Save the results for the assignments in weeks 2 and 3.
