- Analyze provided data on given SCM Process Assessment – submit in a single EXCEL file
- Compute a single company score/importance for each question
- Assign a Priority to each question in the scale A, B, C, D (where A= Highest Priority to D=Evaluate Resource Commitment), see Figure 10-3
- Sort Strategic and Operational Sub-processes based on Priority (1st level) and then Score (2nd level) and then Importance (3rd level)
- Report your findings and recommendations – submit in a single WORD document
- Create two tables in APA format: 1) Top 3 Strategic Priorities and 2) Top 3 Operational Priorities
- For each items in 2a above, write a short paragraph discussing your recommendations to improve that sub-process
- Note – use in-class and out-of-class resources to add credibility to your recommendations
- Include a Reference page
