San Diego State University Iora Strategy Project Discussion

With this exercise, we get to try our hands at applying some of what we’ve learned. Iora Health

is a real company with very interesting ideas about health care delivery. Implementing their
innovative model will not be easy. They need to hire, train, motivate and manage their staff.
They need to communicate effectively with their customers. It’s fun to think about how we
would go about doing this were we in charge. And that’s our exercise. It’s as real world as it
gets. We can use our imaginations and creativity to seek ways to apply things we’ve explored in
this and other courses.
