Sales business proposal on cell phone cases discussion

The cellphone cases will be TPU and glass screen protectors. Most be written on the format and the size of each part of the paper. This could mean several pages but not full pages because each section requires one page and there needs to be a timetable and sales contract included.

Written Sales Proposal Outline

Cover Page

Clean and neat, with a name and date.

Executive Summary

(This section should be the last item written for your Sales Proposal). The

executive summary is a short document (no more than 1 page) that summarizes your

overall Sales Proposal. Your reader can rapidly become acquainted with a large body of

material without having to read it all. It will usually contain a brief statement of the

problem or proposal covered in the major document(s), background information,

concise analysis and main conclusions. It is intended as an aid to decision making by

business managers.

An executive summary differs from an abstract in that an abstract will usually be shorter

and is intended to provide a neutral overview or orientation rather than being a

condensed version of the full document. Abstracts are extensively used in academic

research where the concept of the executive summary would be meaningless.

Customers Needs & Proposed Solutions

This section will include 2 parts:

Part One will be a situation analysis explaining your understanding of the customer’s

situation, problems and needs.

Part Two will be your recommendation of a proposed solution uniquely addressing the

buyer’s problems and needs. The emphasis should be on the benefits resulting from

the solution. NOT on the features of the product or service being sold.

Seller Profile

This section will contain information about your company. Although this will contain a

brief company history the emphasis should be on the companies capabilities.

Pricing & Sales Agreement

The section should ask for the sale by presenting pricing information and delivery

options to the buyer. This may be presented as a sales agreement.

Implementation & Timeline

This section should make it easier for the buyer to purchase your product or service.

You may include a sales contract, instructions to a website for ordering, who to call to

place an order or further request information. In addition, a timetable detailing a

schedule of key implementation events should be included.

Conclusion

This section will summarize and thank your buyer.
