2. Analyze the internal environment of Fotile to identify the factors contributing to current performance levels and assess its competitive advantage. (20 points)
3. Based on your analysis in the previous questions, prepare a SWOT analysis with one key observation (the most significant) for each of the four components. Which quadrant(s) are the most important to address, and for what reason(s)? (10 points)
4. Identify at least two strategic options that will allow Fotile to address the situation as described in the case, showing the relative merit of each. (15 points)
5. Which of the alternatives identified in the previous question do you recommend for Fotile, and for what reasons? What are the greatest risks associated with that recommendation? (10 points)
6. Prepare a briefing document for what you would tell Zhongqun Mao about the situation he is in based on the facts of the case and your analysis. It should identify a concise statement of the problems/issues Fotile is facing, how they should be addressed, and what specific actions need to be taken in order for Fotile to obtain the results associated with your recommendation. (25 points)
