Be a Great Coach! As a reviewer, you are going to be graded based on the quality of your review. If you have demonstrated evidence that you have read and attempted to assist the student in the writing of their paper, and you have completed your review at least one day prior to its final submission due date so the student can make changes as deemed appropriate in a timely basis, you will receive two points toward your grade as a reviewer. You must also review two papers at a minimum. If you review only one paper, you will have earned one point. Offer Counsel Keeping the elements of a good paper in mind, offer some tips to the writer. Use the Personal Strengths Assessment and Career Planning Paper Rubric (LMS Page) as a guide, but do not “grade” the paper by assigning a point value for each criterion. Instead, write about your impression of the draft with recommendations for improvement. If a paper is submitted that is poorly written, it will reflect poorly on the individual student and on the reviewers’ contributions as part of the reviewers’ participation grades. Ultimately, your instructor will review your work based on the Personal Strengths Assessment and Career Planning Paper Rubric (Attached). Please use example critic attached (named Robby’s personal). I am reviewing two papers which I will attach. Please mark adjustments if necessary. the attachment “Robby’s Personal Strength Assessments” is how the paper should look like.
