RU Women of Color Group that Is Historically Underrepresented Speech

I’m working on a writing question and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.

Imagine yourself in a human resources decision-maker and leadership role at an organization. What are two strategies, approaches or techniques you would implement to encourage an inclusive environment, minimize bias, and proactively develop women or other groups that have been historically underrepresented in positions of influence? Explain why you have selected these tactics. You may draw on the Gender and Leadership and/or Inclusive Leadership chapters as well as the articles you read this week or last week. (If you like an idea for an approach that either your Northouse book or the articles suggests, make sure you acknowledge the source when you speak about it. But, feel free to come up with your own strategies or techniques as well.)
