   2. Identify one instance in the past year where you served as an ego buster for someone (1-2 paragraphs).
2. Use the results of your EQ assignment to analyze each situation. Respond to the following:
   1. What strengths from your EQ assessment do you attribute your role in your ego boost example?
   2. What weaknesses from your EQ assessment do you attribute your role in your ego bust example?
3. Include an introduction and a conclusion.
4. Include citations for the assessment and/or from the text.
