- How is the organization designed, and is its design appropriate?
- How would you describe the organization’s external environment, and how has it responded to it?
- Does the organization have international operations? If so, how has it organized itself to respond?
- Where is the organization in its life cycle?
- How would you describe the culture and ethical values of the organization?
