1- Submit an essay of the developed action plan for a community educational project.
-The project plan should include:
-2 (two) goals and objectives based on your topic from Healthy People 2020. (The health concern from Healthy people 2020 that I am addressing is OBESITY. My project topic: “The Role of Nutrition in Disease Prevention and Health Promotion”.
-An implementation plan for implementing these activities,
-A budget (if necessary, not required), a justification for the project,
-A description of where and when the plan will be implemented ( a group of 4 family friends and their children will be invited over to my house, the event will be held on 1/23 or 1/24/2021).
-And a description of the teaching materials which will be utilized during the execution of the project. ( I am intending to use things like the presentation boards, flyers, a cooked healthy meal will be prepared to participants. the menu will be baked chicken, fish, dry beans, fresh fruits and vegetables, and some complex carbohydrates such as…).
-Then recommend nursing actions/interventions to improve the health concern and achieve your stated goals and objectives. Discuss potential public and private partnerships that could be formed to implement your recommendations and create a timeline (i.e. 3 month, 6 month) for potential expected outcomes.
The assignment should be written in an APA-formatted essay, 1250 and 1500 words with an introduction and conclusion , and include at least two scholarly sources other than provided materials.
