When you are planning and creating your research presentation, remember
to focus on your purpose, audience, and design. Your purpose in this
research presentation is to inform your audience about the experiences
of Jewish individuals or communities living under Nazi occupation during
World War II. Think about what you can do to make your purpose clear. 

When you create your presentation, you may use Microsoft® PowerPoint®
or another presentation software application. Consider the following
basic graphic design principles to create an engaging presentation:

1. Avoid using more than two types of fonts in a single publication.

2. Never use all capital letters for text other than possibly a title or heading.

3. Add images and/or graphic art to add visual appeal and draw the audience’s attention.

4. Make sure images are not stretched or distorted to fit a space.

7. Use color to aid in organization by giving emphasis to specific areas of a design.

8. Use horizontal and vertical lines to help break up content within the publication.
