Research Paper: In the introduction section of your research paper, provide a general explanation of
Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive analytics and define any terms used within paper (i.e. define organizational size as it relates to your paper; define organizational processes as it relates to
your paper; define any other terms you will be using in the survey instrument or paper). At the end of the
introduction section, include your problem statement and your hypothesis(es).

Your research paper must be at least 10 pages in length, double-spaced, 12 font, and include at least 7
references, at least 2 of which must be peer-reviewed. Your paper must be formatted using APA
guidelines. The cover page, abstract page and reference page are included in the 10-page length requirement.
The quality and thoroughness of the paper, as defined in the rubric, will determine the grade assigned.
Papers containing a minimum number of Worksheets and Dashboards, the minimum number of references
and/or minimum number of pages will most likely not earn a high grade.
