The Research Paper is about comparison of correlation methods for testing nonlinear dependence variables.
*METHODS used in my research.
1- Spearman correlation. Packages that I used for coding: library(infotheo) and library(pspearman)
2- Distance correlation. Package: library(energy)
3- Maximal information coefficient. Package: library(minerva)
4- Mutual Information. Package: library(infotheo)
5- Copula Correlation. We didn’t use any package
6- Biweight Midcorrelation. Package: library (WGCNA)
All the codes use R program and I am done working on all the codes. I will attach the graphing result

We tested these methods for: Linear, Cube Root, Quadratic, Wavelet, Circle and cluster
