My paper should be included all of the contents below.
Your project will be to develop a 10 to 12 page paper on the topic of your choice related to ethics. Your project should include these major sections:
A.Description of Issue: Clearly state the ethical issue and the relevance of the selected issue. Discuss the motivation for undertaking it. (1-2 pages)
B.Background Research: Research information on the selected issue including at least 3 scholarly references. Your research should focus on the selected issue and concepts that relate to decision‐making, resource management, or other. (2 pages)
C.Critical Analysis: Provide critical analysis of the challenges related to the selected issue in a wider global context using theories, tools and methods from this and other fields of study. Consider the political, social, environmental or economic factors contributing to the ethical issue. Consider other perspectives as well as your own. (3 pages)
D.Future Recommendations: Recommend probable solutions for the ethical issue in your industry. Summarize the final outcome of your project. Highlight any course principles you include. Discuss any implications that your project has in the workplace and the community, if applicable. (3 pages)
E.Reflections: Reflect on this issue. Consider your personal and professional experience, and your civic and global capabilities. Think about how you deal with new and challenging situations while questioning and discussing any personal biases, stereotypes, preconceptions and assumptions that were made throughout this process. (1 page)
