YOU MUST NOW ADD RESEARCH TO BACK UP YOUR ASSERTIONS FROM YOUR OUTLINE. Be sure to use VALID and recent research that explains the who, what, where, when, how, and why for what you must do to be healthy. (Be sure to use research from at least 5 different sources – but DO NOT use the text!) Please do not include information that you already know like, “According to the FDA, smoking causes cancer.” This is not helpful to you and is a waste of time and space. Find new info that can make a difference in your life!!!
