Research on ways that are offered by the university of south florida to help international students cope with the new cultural environment

This is my research plan:

Introduction: Many
international freshmen students at USF campus have difficulties in adjusting to
the new atmosphere of this US-based environment since they were exposed to a
culture that is relatively different than what they faced in the united states.
As I personally have had experienced this issue through my first semester,
however, USF offers a variety of ways and sources to cope with these issues
that international students may encounter during their time here. What is worth
to mention is that the majority of international students are not
acknowledgeable of these sources and services that are being offered by the
university.

Problem:
International
students somehow do not acknowledge these services and sources, and are not
aware that these are meant to facilitate their adoption or adjustment to the
new environment.

Plan: I plan to
investigate and find out the reasons behind this problem and at the same time,
discover all different sources and services that USF offers and then expose them
for the international students and maybe let them suggest more beneficial services.

Research
methods:

I
will be using several methods including but not limited to:

• Academic
  Journals
• Interviews (Impacted Population)/ you would provide me instructions and I’ll do the interview for you and then you can use it as supporting method
• Surveys (similarly, you would create the survey and i’ll share it with my student friends and then you will use it in the research)
• USF website (you can look up usf official website and search about the services and so on
