research on airbnb dataset, find out a solution ( editing on a current paper)

Question: Do a research on the AirBnb NYC dataset that can be accessed via https://www.kaggle.com/dgomonov/new-york-city-airb….

There’s a paper that I’ve already done for this topic, but it’s more like a business research. I need to fix it so it will be a statistic research paper with recommendation given. (attached below)

   2. ANOVA – Note statistically significant differences, test your hypothesis:
      1. We need at least one categorical variable.
      2. Need at least one continuous variable.
      3. 30 records per category
   3. Linear regression – Specify a model, test hypotheses
      1. About 100 records
      2. At least two independent variables, at least one is continuous (the other can be categorical)
      3. The dependent variable should be continuous
   4. In your analysis, also attempt to answer the five W’s (who, what,
      why, when, where, and how). This is your research and understanding
      phase.
4. Develop Alternatives
   1. There should be three to four alternatives:
      1. Consider the Status Quo
      2. Fast/quick
      3. Cheap
      4. High quality/low quality
      5. Hybrid
5. Evaluate the alternatives
   1. Rank them and score them using weighted factors.
6. Make a recommendation.
7. Briefly discuss the implementation.
8. Briefly discuss the review.
9. Summarize the memo.

Should be no longer than 10 pages, keep it short and exquisite.
