This likely needs another Excel snapshot and another IV or anything else you want to add to complete the study. Here are my professor’s comments: “Based on what I see and I just skimmed it, your IV is categorical (remote vs. onsite) and since you only have one dependent variable, your inferential statistic would probably be an independent sample t-test.” This assignment should be easy for anyone with a strong statistics background.
