I have chosen three job description that you will see in the attachment for the company USAA I have chosen for my assignment. Write a 2-3 page briefing to senior leadership giving them an overview of your recruitment strategy and techniques for each of the 3 jobs you have chosen. Your briefing should address concerns along with a brief discussion about those concerns and how your strategy will address those concerns. With respect to your techniques, you should include a brief discussion explaining and justifying the techniques you are recommending. Be sure to address how your strategy/techniques will address diversity issues and finding talent who possess the competencies desired.
