Reflection on Asana and Meditation Practices Writing Question

I don’t know how to handle this Writing question and need guidance.

One of this week’s asana focuses is inversions. Inversions are a great way to detoxify and stimulate your system. The hips come above the heart and reverses the flow of blood. As we stand and sit in our daily lives, the blood tends to pool down in the lower half of our body. By doing inversions, the blood flows to bathe the vital organs and brain. Inversions can be gentle or challenging, but all will offer positive benefits.

Weekly Reflection Assignment:

This is the most challenging week of asana poses. What are some aspects of your practice you noticed while practicing the hip openers, arm balances and inversions? I have paired this week’s challenging practice with an equally challenging mindfulness practice. What were the most distinct aspects of this meditation for you?
