Topic of Paper- In the United States, we elect presidents through the Electoral College.

-For our paper, please address the following topics:

1. What is the Electoral College?

2. Why do we have the Electoral College?

3. How does the Electoral College function? That is, specifically, how is a president elected?

4. Does the Electoral College provide equal representation to all voters in presidential elections? Why or why not?
