Hello! I really need help with this student project for my real estate development class. I have uploaded the assignment instructions files down below. There is a guide of what the written report must consist of in the instructions. There will be a list of sites you can choose from (only choose one!). I have also uploaded what the powerpoint slides must consist of. Also in one of the files called “RED 375 – STUDENT PROPERTY”, which has all the instructions for written report, #7 asks for multiple year pro forma done in excel.
