I have learned that the most apt field for myself is management. I like to see myself in a management position who is dealing with people and making sure that the business is steadily moving towards achieving its objectives. Almost all my career skills are suitable for the job of a manager. As a part of this assignment, I undertook quite a bit of research especially with regard to suitable jobs and the salary ranges that come under the field of management. It was interesting to learn about the future prospects in the field of management. It was informative and insightful to list down the most marketable career related skills that I have and correlate them with my career goals. Overall, it was truly a useful exercise and it made me more focused with regard to my career. After this exercise, I am better aware of my strengths and will work to capitalize on them. At the same time, I look forward to improving on my weaknesses so that they do not get in my way of achieving my career goals.
