Experiential Journal – Students are expected to document personal and professional reactions to experiences each week during the practicum. Students will reflect on their learning experiences throughout the practicum experience through an experiential reflection journal. Journals are not meant to recount the events of the week; rather, please discuss reflections on experiences and how these relate to counselor development and future counseling work. The final journal should reflect upon the student’s development over the course of the practicum experience, including an articulation of personal theory.
