   Content:

   • You are a paralegal in a corporate law firm. Your supervising attorney is working on implementing new generalized trainings that he could present to the Board of Directors of various corporations he represents. The trainings are meant to explain the duties and liabilities of board members in an easy to understand manner. He has asked you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation explaining at least the following: (1) the duty of obedience (2) the duty of care (3) the duty of loyalty (4) corporate director liability

   Format:

   • You should prepare at least 5 slides, using proper spelling and grammar. You should include at least 3 primary legal sources, properly formatted, in your slides.
