Each row should be also on your Work Breakdown Structure. . -You should break some of the current rows into slightly more specific elements. It is likely that each row will be composed of many smaller tasks. To some degree, the responsibility (R) for completing these smaller tasks can be efficiently distributed among your team members, with others acting in a support (S) role. For example, if you were communicating with the site leader, 1 person can be responsible for this, and others can be supportive of it (e.g., reminding them to email the site leader, drafting communications to the leader that are finalized by the responsible person). Some distribution of responsibility is beneficial/efficient/effective, but not too much, because that leads to “micro-managing” and trying to overly-organize the tasks which ends up taking more time than it is worth. In general, though, it is best to error on the side of specifying too much instead of not enough. See if you can find the right amount, somewhere in between the current few rows and too many rows.
